Our Approach
We love food and whether meat is the star of the show on a BBQ, or the supporting act in an amazing Cypriot vegetable dolma, we believe in quality. We strive to get the best joints for the best cuts and the best of flavours.
Yusuf can turn a leg of lamb into kebab-ready cubes while you have a coffee and watch, and he`ll also know what you want when you ask "have you heard of flank?".
Everything on the counters is clearly described and priced; if its not there, just ask the butcher 🙂
Our Story
Our Story
Every business has a beginning, and while our butchers has been open for just 3 years, for Yusuf its a continuation of his family business - Yusuf`s father was the village butcher here, in the very same shop, when Yusuf was a boy.
After 10 years in the UK, we decided to move here with our daughter, just 7 back then, so that she`d grow up knowing this amazing island and her heritage.
No regrets!
